Other Machinery and Equipment - YCB External Gear Oil Pump.
The gear in the circular arc gear oil pump adopts the tooth profile compounded by advanced circular arc and other curves, so the pump has excellent working characteristics.
The pump is compared with the traditional Involute gear oil pump; It is a new series of energy-saving pumps with the advantages of small pressure fluctuations, low noise, high efficiency, and long service life.
YCB gear oil pump gear adopts double circular arc Sine wave tooth profile.
Compared with Involute gear, its most outstanding advantage is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profile during gear meshing, so the tooth surface is free of wear, running balance, no trapping, low noise, long life and high efficiency.
This pump breaks free from the constraints of traditional design, allowing gear pumps to enter a new field in design, production, and use.
The pump shaft end seal is designed in two forms: mechanical seal and packing seal.
Users can choose according to their requirements
Equipped with a differential pressure safety valve as overload protection, the total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump.
It can also be adjusted separately within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs.
However, this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation, and can be installed separately on the pipeline if necessary.
YCB gear oil pump application:
It can be used as transmission and Booster pump in oil transmission system.
It can be used as a fuel pump for transportation, pressurization, and injection in the oil transportation system.
It can be used as a lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.
Application scope of YCB gear oil pump:
YCB gear oil pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, corrosiveness, temperature not higher than 80 degree celsius, viscosity of 5 to 1500cst or other liquids similar to lubricating oil.
